This is a simple yet powerful 10 minute guided meditation for releasing anxiety. I lead you through a calming breath practice, followed by a grounding visualization.
Once you learn this process, you can use it anywhere, for any length of time.
I invite you to practice this daily, both indoors and outside.
Practice this until it is integrated into your body memory where you’ll then be able to quickly lower your anxiety just by pausing to breathe and visualize the images in this meditation.

Use this meditation to:
1. Ground and center.
2. To clear your mind before a performance of any kind, such as athletic competition, public speaking or artistic performance.
3. Become present with yourself and another during a conflict.
4. Calm the nerves during a stressful situation at work.

Where I Recorded This Audio:
I recorded this audio in the early morning while sitting on a carved tree bench in a forest in the North Shore of Kauai. You’ll hear Myna Birds, Cardinals, White Rumped Shamas, Japanese White Eyes, Red Avadavats and Mourning Doves. You’ll also hear crickets and the distant sound of a stream and waterfall. My hope is that in all we do together you will be fed by renewing your connection to nature. It is in this reunion that there is hope for the planet.
